Modern Trousseau-India
Things I like:
-Lace overlay
-Scalloped sweetheart neckline
-ribbon accent
Thing I don't like:
-Weird reverse crumb catcher on the back
-Would need to add straps
Modern Trousseau-Matilda (Front and Back)
Things I like:
-the silhouette in general (a-line)
-sweetheart neckline
-bow detail
-ruching would probably be flattering
Things I don't like:
-Again, it would need straps added
-It's really simple

This is the dress Bobby picked out of the bridal magazine that he bought me. He likes the red. It's kind of so different that I don't even know what to think of it and would love thoughts. Oh, and ps, now that there are dress photos up, nobody is allowed to show him this blog!!!

My thoughts: love the first one although I think it might look funny with straps unless you do lace cap sleeves and I'm not sure it's the right cut for you...
ReplyDeleteLove the second and think it would look really nice on you but I'm not sure about sweetheart necks with straps
Don't like the red - too much - a little Mad Hatter... I could def see doing a white/cream dress with a red sash if you want to include red in your dress
i second the straps - i'm not sure you need them, period.
ReplyDeleteNot a huge fan of the red. I think Bobby might just like it b/c it will look like an OSU fan is walking down the aisle to meet him!
ReplyDeleteI really love the dress Aliza found in the post above this one though, and I think it could look really great on, even despite the empire waist. It looks a little more tight around the middle, so not a true empire waist maybe? Anyway, I think it's great. And I like that you are loving the lace.
